Hamilton Road, Gahanna, OH 43230 A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Roll Call. Present 4 - Karen J. Angelou, Ryan P. Jolley, Thomas R. Kneeland, and Jamie Leeseberg Absent 3 - Brian D. Larick, Stephen A. Renner, and Michael Schnetzer B. EXECUTIVE SESSION - to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual unless such public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual requests a public hearing. A motion was made by Kneeland, seconded by Jolley to go into to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual unless such public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual requests a public hearing. The motion carried by the following vote: * Council Member Schnetzer arrived at 6:40 p.m. Present 4 - Karen J. Angelou, Ryan P. Jolley, Thomas R. Kneeland, and Jamie Leeseberg Absent 3 - Brian D. Larick, Stephen A. Renner, and Michael Schnetzer President requested that Alex Wentz & Rick Duff attend the Executive Session. Council rose to Executive Session at 6:18 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 6:45 p.m. with no action taken. C.
