Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Monday, January 23, 2017, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio. President of Council, Brian D. Larick, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Agenda for this meeting was published on January 20, 2017. Leeseberg arrived at 6:31 p.m. Present 7 - Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, Nancy R. McGregor, Brian Metzbower, and Karen J. Angelou B. EXECUTIVE SESSION - to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(g) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance, or to negotiations with other political subdivisions respecting requests for economic development assistance. A motion was made by Metzbower, seconded by Renner, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(g) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance, or to negotiations with other political subdivisions respecting requests for economic development assistance. President Larick requested the Mayor & Anthony Jones attend the Executive Session. Executive Session was held in the Law Library.
