Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Thursday, February 9, 2017, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio. Vice President of Council, Jamie Leeseberg, called the meeting to order at 5:29 p.m. Agenda for this meeting was published on February 7, 2017. * Larick arrvied at 5:30 p.m. * Metzbower arrived at 5:34 p.m. Present 7 - Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer, Nancy R. McGregor, Brian Metzbower, and Karen J. Angelou B. EXECUTIVE SESSION - to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual unless such public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual requests a public hearing. A motion was made by Schnetzer, seconded by Renner, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual unless such public employee, official, licensee or regulated individual requests a public hearing. Executive Session was held in the law library. Council rose to Executive Session at 5:30 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 6:55 p.m. with no action taken.
