Gahanna City Council met in Special Session on Thursday, February 13, 2017, in Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio. President of Council, Brian D. Larick, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Agenda for this meeting was published on February 10, 2017. Present 5 - Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, Stephen A. Renner, Nancy R. McGregor, and Brian Metzbower Absent 2 - Michael Schnetzer, and Karen J. Angelou B. NOTICE OF PURPOSE: Economic Development. President Larick indicated the Notice of Purpose of the meeting is economic development. C. EXECUTIVE SESSION - to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(g) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance, or to negotiations with other political subdivisions respecting requests for economic development assistance. A motion was made Leeseberg, seconded by Renner, to go into Executive Session under authority of Section 5.40(g) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider confidential information related to the marketing plans, specific business strategy, production techniques, trade secrets, or personal financial statements of an applicant for economic development assistance, or to negotiations with other political subdivisions respecting requests for economic development assistance.
