A. CALL MEETING TO ORDER - Roll Call.
President of Council, Brian Metzbower, called the meeting to order at
6:30 p.m. Agenda for this meeting was published on March 8, 2019.
Present 7 - Brian D. Larick, Jamie Leeseberg, Stephen A. Renner, Michael Schnetzer,
Nancy R. McGregor, Brian Metzbower, and Karen J. Angelou
B. EXECUTIVE SESSION- to go into Executive Session under authority of
Section 5.40(a) to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal,
discipline, promotion, demotion, or compensation of a public employee or
official, or the investigation of charges or complaints against a public
employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual, unless the public
employee, official, licensee, or regulated individual requests a public hearing;
and
5.40(b) of the Council Rules of Procedure to consider the purchase of
property for public purposes, the sale of property at competitive bidding, or
the sale or other disposition of unneeded, obsolete, or unfit- for-use property
in accordance with section 505.10 of the Revised Code, if premature
disclosure of information would give an unfair competitive or bargaining
advantage to a person whose personal, private interest is adverse to the
general public interest; and
5.40(c) to confer with the City Attorney for the public body concerning
disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent
court action.
A motion was made by Larick, seconded by Leeseberg, to go into Executive
Session under authority of Section 5.40(a) to consider the appointment,

Chair called for the Deputy Clerk of Council & HR Director, Director of Planning
& Development, and City Attorney to attend the Executive Session held in the
Council Conference Room. Council rose to Executive Session at 6:32 p.m.
Council rose to report from Executive at 7:39 p.m. with no action taken.
The motion carried by the following vote:
Yes: 7- Larick, Leeseberg, Renner, Schnetzer, McGregor, Metzbower and Angelou
