Liquor Permit (Transfer) - Mug & Jug Clerk McWilliams said there are 2 requests for Motion Resolutions to have no objection to liquor permits; first is a transfer from Richard Stover to Phillip Stover; Police Division had no objection. RECOMMENDATION: Motion Resolution; Consent Agenda 2. Liquor Permit (Stock) - Coaches Clerk stated this is a stockholder transfer; still Rochard Stover; Police Division had no objection. RECOMMENDATION: Motion Resolution; Consent Agenda 3. Records Management Update Clerk gave an update on Records Management; Council Office and Legal Office are using Intellivue to search all backfiling; that is microfilming and legal contracts that were microfilmed; Police Division rolled their software out and are starting to backfile; is working well; have received good feeback from Police Division; worked well for us; next department on deck is Human Resources; will get moving with their software and backfiling. Larick asked if redacting has been tested and how is that working. City Attorney Ewald said he has not used it yet; Clerk said did use it on training but not had to use it live yet; worked when we did the training.
