Jolley ITEM - From the Director of Information Technology 2015-0078 Director of Information Technology Supporting Documents 1. Funds Transfer - Part Time Team Member Gaydos requested authorization to transfer existing funds from Information Technology (IT) operating equipment fund multiple funds; for past few years IT Department has been working to identify lifecycles of equipment; in order to continue providing IT service at the level expected, believe we need to increase labor output and to hire part-time staff member; already accounted for in operating model; funds already exist. Kneeland confirmed you're not asking for new people. Gaydos replied stating that the department has been down 2 people since January. Wadley clarified it is an additional part-time person; need has grown tremendously for help-desk; asking for about 20 hours/week; this is also so they can do some cross-training. Larick said this will turn into about a $20,000/year salary; do we not need that in operational equipment. Gaydos said moving a bit away from equipment to labor; that is correct. New Liquor Permit - 101 Beer Kitchen McWilliams requested a Motion Resolution for a new liquor permit for 101 Beer Kitchen; is a D5 which allows the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages until 2:30 a.m.; Police had no objections.
