BUSINESS DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. 2025-544 Discussion of the Local Housing Assistance Plan (B) Staff made a presentation and discussed the SHIP program. Recommendation: The AHAC: 1) hear a presentation by staff; and 2) discuss the SHIP Program, the Local Housing Assistance Plan, and their impact on the City’s efforts to increase access to affordable housing.
