City Planner Bill McCord provided information for discrepancies in the ordittut-r." presented to Council and the ordinance the Planning Commission approved. Motion carried with 5 ayes and 0 nays Marty Cook representing the Developer Taylor Cross spoke about restrictions discussed at the Planning Commission and wording concerns preventing any type of take-out. Developer Taylor Cross spoke about starting and finishing the hotel along with residential construction. Discussion continued. Councilman Hayes withdrew his motion to amend; Councilman Alexander withdrew his second. There was much discussion. Motion carried with 5 ayes and 0 nays. a City Attorney Susan High-McAuley provided an update on the Dangerous Buildings at 647 Pace Street,215 South Boyers Street and 1025 West Street that have not pulled permits. Ms. High-McAuley stated 1025 West Street had indicated they were going to pull a permit this week. She asked for a second show-cause notice and hearing on December 7,202'I., for 647 Pace Street and215 South Boyers. Councilman Overton made motion to approve; Councilman Hayes seconded.
