Gallup Business Improvement District Special Meeting Wednesday, June 26, 2019, 3:00 PM Rico Motors Minutes Call to order – 3:07 pm Attendance: roll call - Present: Louie Bonaguidi, Steve Gurley, Archie Baca, Jr., Sammy Chioda, Mickey Menapace, James Rich, Bob Rosebrough, JM DeYoung Participating remotely by phone: A. Biava, B. Newberry. Excused absence: Maryann Ustick, S. Gurley. Voting items: Vote – Election of Officers: Members nominated by M. Menapace to serve as Officers on the Gallup BID Board - President: L. Bonaguidi; Vice-President: S. Gurley; Treasurer: A. Biava; Secretary: B. Rosebrough. J. Rich asked if there were any additional nominations. There were none. Motion to approve nominated members: M. Menapace; 2nd: A. Baca, Jr. Unanimously approved. Motion to adopt as Gallup BID policy the provisions contained in the New Mexico Open Meetings Act: S. Chioda; 2nd: M. Menapace. Unanimously approved Discussion of activities itemized within the BID operating budget. Motion to vote on Gallup BID operating budget for FY 20: B. Rosebrough, 2nd: S. Chioda. Unanimously approved. Motion to hold special meeting on July 1, 3 PM at Rico Motors to vote on Downtown bicycle security patrol agreement for summer months: B. Rosebrough; 2nd: S. Chioda. Unanimously approved. Collected signed copies of Board of Directors Conflict of Interest Policy from Board members. Motion to adjourn: J. Rich; 2nd: S. Chioda. Unanimously approved
