SUBJECT: Proposed Placement of Sexually Violent Predator in Unincorporated Area of Galt. AGENDA REPORT: Hines RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the Mayor to sign a letter on behalf of the City Council opposing the placement of a Sexual Violent Predator (SVP) from Humboldt County in Sacramento County for supervised release just outside City limits and provide further direction to staff related to the upcoming hearing on January 29, 2021 regarding the proposed SVP placement in Sacramento County.
