Call to Order/Roll Call Meeting of the Village Board was called to order at 7:00 pm by President Ken Ken Parker Village President Parker. 2. Approval of minutes from the April 6th, 2023, meeting. Duane Gallo Trustee Motion by Wydra/Gallo to approve; carried 4-0 Paul Jargstorf 3. Update of 2022/2023 Goals and Objectives. Trustee a. None Beth Wydra- 4. New Business: (Discussion) Trustee a. Darling Field Jim Krause-A Ok to till in field and plant grass seed. Board would like to add park spaces Trustee plan review and update before altering ballfield further. Pamela Larson-A b. May Agenda Trustee Intergovernmental agreement with Sheriff’s Dept. regarding Phil Traskaski- communication tower to move to board for approval. Trustee 5. Ongoing Business: (Discussion) a. Y&R project Board is ok with bench option, discussions to proceed. b. Employee Picnic Possible outing to a ballgame, will investigate options and costs. Will have Dept. signup sheet once outing is decided. 6. Ordinance and Resolution Updates None. 7. Department Head Reports: • Director of PW -No update given • Chief of PD -New patrol officer, Matt Davis, was sworn in. • Clerk Treasurer. -No update given 8. Village President Report-No report given. 9. Adjourn into closed session in accordance with Wisconsin Statue 19.85(1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Roll Call: Parker-Y, Gallo-Y, Jargstorf-Y, Wydra-Y, Traskaski-Y. Traskaski/ Jargstorf motion to go into open session; carried 4-0 10.
