AGENDA ITEM RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to: a) A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(3), (4) and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town Representatives and legal advice with Town Attorney regarding the Town’s position in negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property in the Heritage District at the northwest corner of Gilbert Road and East Hearne Way; b) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3), (4), and (7) for discussion and consultation with designated Town Representatives and legal advice with Town Attorney regarding the Town’s position in negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property of approximately 21.75 acres located at the northeast corner of 156th Street and Queen Creek Road in Gilbert for purposes of a cemetery; c) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3), (4) and (7) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding development of Epi-center at the northwest corner of Higley and Ray Roads in Gilbert; d) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation with designated Town Representatives and legal advice with Town Attorney regarding development of parcel and transfer of a portion of Town owned land located at 220 East Germann Road, and the development of Mustang Drive, and a development agreement with Silent-Aire, Inc.; and  e) A.R.S. Sec. 38-431.03(A)(3) and (4) for discussion and consultation for legal advice with Town Attorney regarding amendments to Land Development Code Article 4.4 (Sign Code). ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING ADJOURN NOTICE TO PARENTS: Parents and legal guardians have the right to consent before the Town of Gilbert makes a video or voice recording of a minor child. A.R.S. 1-602.A.9. Gilbert Council Meetings are recorded and maybe viewed on Channel 11 and the Gilbert website. If you permit your child to participate in the Council Meeting, a recording will be made. If your child is seated in the audience your child may be recorded, but you may request that your child be seated in a designated area to avoid recording. Please submit your request to the Town Clerk.
