MINUTES OF THE GILBERT COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE ON BOARD AND COMMISSION APPLICATION SCREENING, INTERVIEW, AND SELECTION IN SPECIAL MEETING, DECEMBER 6, 2018 AT 5:30 P.M., ROOM 233, 50 EAST CIVIC CENTER DRIVE, GILBERT, ARIZONA COUNCIL PRESENT: Vice Mayor Brigette Peterson; Councilmembers Scott Anderson, Victor Petersen, Jordan Ray, and Jared Taylor COUNCIL ABSENT: Mayor Jenn Daniels and Councilmember Eddie Cook CALL TO ORDER OF SPECIAL MEETING Vice Mayor Brigette Peterson called the meeting to order at 5:34 p.m. RECESS SPECIAL MEETING AND RECONVENE IN EXECUTIVE SESSION A MOTION was made by Councilmember Victor Petersen, seconded by Councilmember Jordan Ray, to recess the Special Meeting and reconvene in pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03, (A)(1): 1. To interview the applicants Damon Andrews, Steve Bentz, Leonard Katz, and Roy Schmidt for the Public Facilities Municipal Property Corporation; and 2. To discuss the applications of Byran Albee, John Collier, Nabeel Ebrahim, Alan Kranzberg, Julie Salsburg, Guy West, and Thomas White for the Fire and Police Public Safety Personnel Retirement System Local Pension Board. Motion carried 5-0. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CONVENE SPECIAL MEETING The Special Meeting was reconvened at 6:08 p.m. ADJOURNMENT A MOTION was made by Councilmember Victor Petersen, seconded by Councilmember Jared Taylor, to adjourn the meeting.
