1. Meeting called to order by McCafferty at 6:00 p.m.

DPW Supervisor Mayne

Motion: To approve the agenda as presented.

6. Minutes: Regular Council Meeting, February 10, 2020
Motion: To approve the minutes of the February 10, 2020 Regular Council Meeting
as presented.

8. Approval of Accounts:
a. Treasurers Report: No Report
b. Bills and Transfers:
Motion: To accept the Bills and Transfers for February 2020 in the amount
of $57,841.98 as presented.

9. Reports:
a. Administrator’s Report – Administrator Wilkerson updated Council on Genesee
County Community Development Program, possibilities of refinancing the
Village municipal building, Atlas Township Board of Review dates, color wheel
for tax breakdown and future budget workshop meetings.
b. Street Administrator’s Report – No Report
c. DPW Report – DPW Supervisor Mayne updated Council on patching holes in
roads, grading will happen on the gravel roads as soon as the road/weather
conditions will allow, possible improvements to the park and the progress of the
Wheelock Watkins Drain project.
Special Council Meeting set for Monday, March 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss
park improvements and possible road closures for Good Times in Goodrich
Festival 2020.

a. Fire Prevention and Protection Ordinance Amendment Public Hearing
Motion: To set a public hearing to amend Chapter 12 Fire Prevention and
Protection Ordinance Section 12-62 and Section 12-63 Monday, April 13,
2020 at 6:00 p.m.

b. Dam Inspection Report 2020
Motion: To authorize services of “Spicer Group Engineers” to complete
required “MI Dam Safety Act par 315” Dam Inspection Report for 2020:
Cost not to exceed $2,000.

c. Door replacement, gable window, aluminum column repairs
Motion: To authorize “Woodbeck Construction, Co” to wrap (1) column in
white aluminum at front right section of doorway in the amount of $195.

Motion: To not approve the installation of a gable window on the front of the
office.

building department door and replace with dutch door in the amount of
$1,600.

d. Two Solar Power Radar Signs
Motion: To not consider the purchase of two solar power radar signs in the
amount of $7,633 and postpone to seek more bids.

e. MISS Dig 2020 Membership
Motion: To authorize MISS Dig System, Inc. 2020 membership fee in the
amount of $1,160.98.
