a. Goodrich Meadows Special Assessment Road Repairs
Motion: To approve the recommendation from Wade Trim to award the
lowest bid for Goodrich Meadows Special Assessment for road repairs to Ace
Asphalt of Saginaw in the amount of $520,862.

b. Resolution 2021-09 Community Development Block Grant
Motion: To adopt Resolution 2021-09 Genesee County Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Authorized Signature Card Update.
Whereas, the Village of Goodrich participates in Genesee County Community
Development Program; and
Whereas, the Genesee County Community Development Program has requested
that we update our authorized signature card;
Now Therefore, be it resolved that the following individuals are authorized to
request reimbursement from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Program: Nathan McAbee, Council President, Keith Walworth, Council President
Pro Tem, Sheri Wilkerson, Administrator/Clerk.

c. Village Attorney
Motion: To approve Elder Zettle Plc, Attorneys at Law, to provide legal
representation to the Village of Goodrich.

d. Termination Letter to Current Legal Firm
Motion: To authorize the Administrator to prepare a written notice of
termination to current Village legal firm, The Williams Firm, PC.

e. Refinancing USDA Bond
Motion: To approve the offer for refinancing of the USDA Bond from Choice
One Bank with an approximate savings over the term of the bond of
$240,233.20.

f. Green Ridge Meadows
Motion: To extend the Office Assistant position through the end of the year.

g. Code Enforcement Officer
Motion: To share allotted Code Enforcement hours between David Lucik
and Matt Teachenor of five hours each per week with no increased dollar
impact on current budget.

h. GEAR Grub Fest
Motion: To authorize GEAR Grub Fest to close Hegel Road just west of the
intersection of Hegel Road and Clarence Street on August 23, 2021 and
September 20, 2021.
