Consider acceptance of tax reverted property as listed: 1. Hegel Road Parcel No. 02-15-400-044 5.40 acres: $7,454.72. 2. Ridge Road Parcel No. 02-22-100-005 .34 acres: $1,688.51 Motion: To purchase the tax reverted property on Hegel Road, Parcel No. 02-15-400-044 5.40 acres at a price of $7,454.72. Moved by Walworth, seconded by Schluentz Walworth yes, Schluentz yes, McAbee no, Moore no. Motion fails. Motion: To purchase the tax reverted property on Hegel Road, Parcel No. 02-15-400-044 5.40 acres at a price of $7,454.72 contingent on affirmative approval of the village attorney concerning future sale of the property for profit. (Asked by Schierup for clarification, if the intention of the motion was to purchase the property following the attorney guideline even if a profit could not be made at future sale? Walworth clarified that yes that was the intention of the motion.) Motion: To decline purchase of the tax reverted property on Ridge Road, Parcel No. 02-22-100-005 .34 acres at a price of $1,688.51. Consider professional engineering services with Wade Trim for Dutch Road Bridge and Hegel Road Bridge over Kearsley Creek as required yearly by the State of Michigan: $2,000.00 fee. Motion: To engage Wade Trim to provide the Bridge inspection services as required by the State of Michigan at a fee of $2,000.00. Consider proposal from Wade Trim to provide civil engineering services for proposed sidewalk extension south side of Hegel Road, east of State Road (M-15): Fee not to exceed $9,100. Motion: To table until more information is available. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Walworth 3 yes, 1 opposed. Motion carried. e. Approve Choice One Bank’s offer to fund the Goodrich Meadows Road repair special assessment for $550,000.00 plus interest over 10 years. Motion: To approve Choice One Bank’s offer to enter into an agreement with the Village of Goodrich to fund the Goodrich Meadows Road Repair Special Assessment for $550,000.00 plus interest over 10 years with annual payments every November 1st starting November 1, 2022 and authorize the Village Administrator to sign on behalf of the Village of Goodrich. Consider proposal from Shumaker Technology Group for a website upgrade package cost of $1,995 plus a fixed annual rate of $750.00 for full management and security Motion: To postpone. Authorize Elevator repair agreement with MEI: $1,949.09 Motion to approve the elevator repair agreement with MEI to provide roped hydraulic 3 year/category 3 safety test for roped hydraulic elevator effective July 7, 2021 for a price of $1,949.09.
