Minutes: Regular Council Meeting: August 9, 2021 Motion: To approve the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting August 9, 2021 as presented. Moved by Moore, seconded by Schluentz 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. 5. Treasurer Report: Motion: To accept the Treasurers Reports dated August 2021 in the amount of $938,573.54 as presented. Website Upgrade Motion: To accept the proposal from Shumaker Technology Group for a website upgrade package cost $1,995 plus fixed annual rate of $750 for full management, security and support. Resolution 2021-10 Goodrich Meadows Road Repair SAD Motion: To approve Resolution 2021-10 Goodrich Meadows Road Repair SAD. Resolution 2021-11 Bond Authorization Motion: To approve Resolution 2021-11 Bond Authorizing 2021 Special Assessment Bonds. Medstar Ambulance service Motion: To direct Administrator Wilkerson to vote yes on behalf of the Village of Goodrich at the 911 meeting for an agreement between Medstar Ambulance Service and the Village of Goodrich effective immediately. Road closure on Windemere Motion: To allow the closure of Windemere on October 17, 2021 for the 2nd Annual Neighborhood Halloween Party. Moved by Moore, seconded by Ciaramitaro 5 yes, 0 no.
