MDot Small Urban Program Road Project Motion: To authorize Administrator Wilkerson to submit grant application for MDot Small Urban Program Road Project to asphalt repairs for Pontiac Street and William F Hufstader Street. Motion carried. b. 2021/2022 CDBG Funds Motion: To authorize the spending of 2021/2022 Community Development Block Grant funds of $4,307 to purchase carbon monoxide detectors, radon detectors, smoke detectors and emergency weather radios for senior citizens. Moved by Moore, seconded by Schluentz Moore yes, McAbee yes, Schluentz yes, Walworth yes. Motion carried. c. Resolution 2021-12 Motion: To adopt Resolution 2021-12 Authorizing issuance of Capital Improvement refunding bond, series 2021 limited tax general obligation. EMS Agreement Motion: To authorize Administrator Wilkerson as the signee for the Village of Goodrich to sign the agreement with Medstar, Inc. for emergency medical service.
