Members Present/Absent: Caverly, McCafferty, Moore, Schluentz, Walworth Others Present: Administrator/Clerk Wilkerson, DPW Supervisor Mayne, Council/Deputy Clerk Sasser 4. Public Comment: One member of the public chose to comment 5. Wade Trim Presentation for Dam Grants: See Attached 6. Action Items: a. Apply for available Dam Grant(s) Motion: To allow Wade Trim to provide the Village with two alternatives and pricing for the Council to consider applying for grants. Moved by McCafferty, seconded by Moore 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. 7. Public Comments: No comment 8. Adjournment Motion: To adjourn. Moved by McCafferty, seconded by Moore 5 yes, 0 no.
