Abean Togo to Host Coffee, Flowers & Crafters Market June 21-22, 2024 Motion: To approve the request from Abean Togo to host a Coffee, Flowers & Crafters Market on June 21-22, 2024 on the front lawn of the coffee shop from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by Moore 5 yes, 0 no. Motion carried. b. Wade Trim to Prepare two Grant Applications Motion: To authorize Wade Trim to prepare two M-Dot Transportation Economic Development Fund (TEDF) Category B Grant applications for the FY2025 program. Wade Trim Review Brownrigg Sanitary Sewer Extension Motion: To authorize Wade Trim in accordance with their general services agreement, to review Brownrigg Sanitary Sewer Extension Construction Plan not to exceed $2,500. Set Public Hearing- Adopt 2024/2025 Operating and General Fund Fiscal Year Budget Motion: To set Public Hearing to adopt the 2024/2025 Operating and General Fund Fiscal Year Budget on June 10, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. Moved by Schluentz, seconded by McCafferty 5 yes, 0 no. Resolution 2024-02: Dam Risk Reduction Grant Motion: To adopt Resolution 2024-02 to accept the $180,000 2024 Dam Risk Reduction Grant (DRRGP) with a $20,000 match from the Village of Goodrich. PSLZ, PLLC Certified Public Accountants Motion: To authorize a five-year contract with PSLZ, PLLC Certified Public Accountants to continue as the Village of Goodrich auditors.
