Board of Review Meeting
Monday, June 9, 2025
The Board of Review for the Village of Grantsburg met on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
in the Village Board Room, 316 S. Brad Street, Grantsburg, Wisconsin.
Present: President Rick Lindberg, Trustee Greg Peer, Trustee Leo Janke, Trustee Hank Java,
Trustee Sam Campeau, Trustee John Addison.
Others: Police Chief Jared Woody, Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Allison Longhenry
Call to Order. President Lindberg called the Board of Review to order at 6:00 p.m.
Clerk/Treasurer Meyer conducted roll call. The pledge of allegiance was recited.
Elect Chairman and Vice Chairman. Motion by Trustee Addison, second by Trustee Java
to nominate Trustee Peer as Chairman of the Board of Review. Motion passed
unanimously.
Motion by Trustee Peer, second by Trustee Addison to nominate Trustee Java as Vice
Chairman of Board of Review. Motion passed unanimously.
Notices It was confirmed that the appropriate Board of Review and Open Meeting Notices were
posted in compliance with State open meeting laws.
Due to a revaluation year:
Motion at 6:07 p.m. by Trustee Peer, second by Trustee Java to adjourn the Board of
Review to October 8, 2025, when the assessment roll will be completed and available for
review. Motion passed unanimously.

The Village Board of the Village of Grantsburg will meet, discuss the following items
and take action as needed:
1. Call to Order, Roll call, Pledge of Allegiance
2. Elect Chairman and Vice Chairman
3. Confirm Appropriate BOR and Open Meetings Notices in Compliance with Open
Meeting State Laws
4. Call the Board of Review into session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 70.47(1)
a. Due to the fact the assessment roll is not complete at this time, the Board
of Review will be adjourned until the 8th of October 2025 at
