City Council Meetings

City of Green River, Special City Council Proceedings for September 24, 2021, 7:29 am, City Hall Council Chambers, Council President Gary Killpack called the meeting to order. The following Council Members were present: Sherry Bushman, George Jost and Jim Zimmerman. The following were present representing the City: City Administrator Reed Clevenger. Approval of the Agenda: Council Member Jost moved to approve the agenda. Council Member Bushman seconded, motion carried. Council Actions: Issuance of a Catering Permit to the Embassy LLC., dba Embassy Tavern. Council Member Zimmerman moved to authorize the issuance of a catering permit to the Embassy LLC., dba Embassy Tavern to cater alcoholic beverages at the End of Summer Street Dance event on September 25, 2021, from 6 pm until 2 am, within the barricaded area on Railroad Avenue called “Bar Row” between the Embassy Tavern and the Ponderosa Bar. Council Member Bushman seconded, motion carried. Adjournment: Council Member Zimmerman moved to adjourn at 7:31 am.
