City Council Meetings

City of Green River, Special City Council Proceedings for July 12, 2023, 10 am, City Hall Council Chambers, Mayor Pete Rust called the meeting to order. The following Council Members were present: George Jost, Robert Berg, Sherry Bushman, Mike Shutran, Gary Killpack and Ron Williams. The following were present representing the City: Director of Finance Chris Meats. Approval of the Agenda: Council Member Killpack moved to approve the agenda. Council Member Jost seconded, motion carried. Council Action Items: Consideration of the Issuance of a Catering Permit to Lew’s Inc., dba Sands Buddha’s Liquor Catering. Council Member Berg moved to approve the issuance of a catering permit to Lew’s Inc., dba Sands Buddha’s Liquor Catering to cater a wedding reception on July 16, 2023, from 3 pm until 11 pm, at Expedition Island, pending legal approval by the Rock Springs City Council. Council Member Bushman seconded, motion carried. Adjournment: Council Member Killpack moved to adjourn at 10:02 am.
