Steve W. offered a second. The secretary called an individual vote and the motion carried 6-0. Hal made a motion to accept all proposed changes to section 4.2 of the current draft. Paul H. offered a second. The secretary called an individual vote and the motion carried 6-0. Paul H. made a motion to accept the proposed changes to section 4.4 (3) of the current draft. Hal offered a second. The secretary called an individual vote and the motion carried 6-0. Paul H. made a motion to accept the proposed addition of section 4.4 (16) of the current draft with numeric adjustments being made for 4.4 (17 & now 18). Steve T. offered a second. The secretary called an individual vote and the motion carried 6-0.
