Urey, Borough Manager Solicitor, Douglas, Joseph & Olson - Excused Also present: Frank Vanderslice Mike McLaughlin Alfred Peden Staff: Media: Lyle Huffman, Director of Public Services Caleb Stright, Record-Argus 3. Mr. Chris Conti, Mercer County Regional Planning Commission -conducted the annual CDBG Public Hearing providing Council and visitors with a program overview. Mr. Conti discussed the upcoming changes and objectives of the program and announced that the Borough of Greenville is entitled to receive $97,512 from the authorized FY2017 entitlement program. 4.
