A. The Greenville Homecoming Parade will be Thursday, September 21st starting at 6pm.
B. The Mercer County Regional Planning Commission Audit Report for 2016 is on file at the
Borough Office.
C. Mercer County Boroughs Association 2017 Fall Meeting on Thursday, September 28th at 6pm.
Location will be Jamestown Fireman’s Club and the cost is $14.00 per person. Reservations are
due by September 18th.

A. Discuss motion to advertise for requests for qualifications for the Brownfield Assessment grant.
B. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2017-10, selling 2010 Dodge Charger (Code car).
C. Discuss motion to advertise for bids for the storm sewer video inspection phase II project.
D. Discuss motion to approve 2018 Minimum Municipal Obligations (MMO’s) for the pension
plans.
E. Discuss motion to advertise ordinance 1572 revising the municipal fire pension plan to
include a onetime early retirement program.
F. Discuss motion to advertise for a special council meeting on Monday September 25th at 7pm.
G. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to apply for TA grant funding for the
Alan Avenue sidewalk project.
