Motion to accept the Tax Collector’s report of Zero (0) additions to the Per Capita roll and Eight (8) permanent exonerations in the amount of $40.00 from the Greenville Tax Office. B. Motion to advertise for the following open board seats which will expire December 31, 2019:  Civil Service Commission (1 seat) – 6 year term  Code Appeals Board (1 seat) – 5 year term  Greenville/Hempfield Consistency Review Committee (1 seat) – 3 year term  Mercer County Regional Planning Commission (1 seat) – 3 year term  Greenville Planning Commission (2 seats) – 4 year term  Vacancy Board (1 seat) – 1 year term  Greenville Water Authority (1 seat) – 5 year term  Zoning Hearing Board (1 seat) – 3 year term C. Motion to advertise the 2020 proposed Airport, General, Sewer and Storm Water Utility Budgets. D. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1589, issuing a general obligation note of $150,000 for repairs to the Municipal Building roof and interior repair due to water damage. E. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1590, establishing the 2020 General Purposes Tax Rate (24.5 mills). F. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1591, establishing the 2020 Special Purposes Fire Protection Services Tax Rate (3 mills). G. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1592, establishing the 2020 General Tax Rate for Indebtedness (10.58 mills. This is a 2 mill increase from the 2019 rate). H. Motion to advertise Ordinance 1593, establishing the 2020 Earned Income Tax Rate (1% for residents and 1% for non-residents). I. Motion to adopt Resolution 2019-14, to make application for the 2020 EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant. Page 2 of 3 J.
