Greenville Sanitary Authority 01-26-17 GREENVILLE SANITARY AUTHORITY GREENVILLE, PENNSYLVANIA REGULAR MEETING MINUTES Thursday, January 26, 2017 ~ 6:00 p.m. CALL TO ORDER Mr. Bailey called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm ROLL CALL: Jonathan Bailey, Chairperson Pamela Auchter, Vice Chairperson Samantha Iliff, Secretary Todd Heathcote Vacancy OTHERS PRESENT: Jasson W. Urey, Borough Manager Lyle Huffman, Director of Public Services James Douglas, Solicitor John Mowry, KLH Engineers Also present: No visitors present 1. PUBLIC COMMENTS No public in attendance. 2. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES A. Motion by Mr. Heathcote, seconded by Mrs. Auchter to accept the minutes of the April 14, 2016 regular meeting, September 15, 2016 regular meeting and November 1, 2016 special meeting. Motion carried. 3. FINANCIAL REPORTS A. Motion by Mrs. Auchter, seconded by Mr. Heathcote to accept the December 2016 treasurer’s reports. Motion carried. 4. ENGINEER’S REPORT/KLH ENGINEERS, INC. A. Motion by Mrs. Auchter, seconded by Mr. Heathcote to accept the January 2017 Engineer’s report. Motion carried. 5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS The Board members held discussion regarding the Act 527 Plan. 6. NEXT MEETING The next meeting of the Greenville Sanitary Authority is Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 6:00 pm in Council Chambers. 10.
