PUBLIC COMMENTS - None 2. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES A. Motion by Mrs. Butcher, second by Mr. Hamill to accept the minutes of the July 28, 202, regular meeting and the August 27, 2021, Special Meeting. Motion carried 3-0. 3. FINANCIAL REPORTS A. Motion by Mrs. Butcher, second by Mr. Hamill to accept the September 2021 Treasurer’s report for the Sanitary Fund. Motion carried 3-0. B. Motion by Mr. Hamill, second by Mrs. Butcher to accept the September 2021 Treasurer’s report for the Stormwater Utility Fund. Motion carried 3-0. 6. ENGINEER’S REPORT(S) A. Motion by Mrs. Butcher, second by Mr. Hamill to accept the September 2021 Engineer’s report. Motion carried 3-0. 7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS - None 8. NEW BUSINESS - None 9. Motion by Mrs. Butcher, second by Mr. Hamill to enter Executive Session to discuss potential litigation strategy at 6:09 PM. Motion carried 3-0. B. Motion by Mrs. Butcher, second by Mr. Hamill to exit Executive Session and return to Regular Session at 6:29 PM. Motion carried 3-0. 13. ADJOURNMENT A.
