A. There will be a special session of council on November 22, 2021 to adopt the 2022 budget and
tax ordinances beginning at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers.

A. Discuss motion to advertise for a vacant seat on the Horizon Hospital System Authority
Board with a term expiring June 30, 2026.
B. Discuss motion to advertise for two vacant seats on the Code Appeals Board. One seat
expiring December 31, 2021 and one seat expiring December 31, 2023. This is a five-year
term.
C. Discuss motion to advertise for a seat on the Mercer County Regional Planning
Commission with a term expiring December 31, 2021 (Janet Earle). This is a three-year
term.
D. Discuss motion to advertise for a seat on the Greenville Planning Commission expiring on
December 31, 2021 (John Hauser). This is a four-year term.

E. Discuss motion to advertise for a seat on the Vacancy Board with a term expiring
December 31, 2021 (Frank Vanderslice). This is a one-year term.
F. Discuss motion to advertise for a seat on the Greenville Water Authority Board expiring on
December 31, 2021 (Linda Zuschlag). This is a five-year term.
G. Discuss motion to advertise for a seat on the Zoning Hearing Board with a term expiring

and Storm Water Utility Budgets.

(eliminating the Amusement Device License).
R. Discuss motion to adopt the 2022 Capital Improvement Plan.
S. Discuss motion to adopt the 2020 audit report from McGill, Power, Bell & Associates.
T. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2021-14 to make application for an ACT 47 Grant to
support elements of Greenville's exit plan by assisting with the development and
implementation of strategies related to community housing and economic development and
the continued provision of fire services in the short and long term. Specifically, the grant
will be used to create the legal and organizational structure for a local Redevelopment

Authority and fund a study to assess the organizational and financial feasibility of creating
a multijurisdictional fire district staffed by paid and volunteer fire fighters.
