Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2021-14 to make application for an ACT 47 Grant to support elements of Greenville's exit plan by assisting with the development and implementation of strategies related to community housing and economic development and the continued provision of fire services in the short and long term. Specifically, the grant will be used to create the legal and organizational structure for a local Redevelopment 3  Authority and fund a study to assess the organizational and financial feasibility of creating a multijurisdictional fire district staffed by paid and volunteer fire fighters.
