Public Comments No public comments. 4. Unfinished Business A. Motion by Councilor Shaw, seconded by Councilor Auchter, to adopt proposed 2013 budget. Motion carried. B. Motion by Councilor Auchter, seconded by Councilor D’Alfonso, for the first and final reading of Ordinance 1518 establishing the 2013 General Purposes Tax Rate (21.5 mills). Motion carried. Borough Manager Jasson Urey read the ordinance. C. Motion by Councilor Shaw, seconded by Councilor Auchter, to enact Ordinance 1518 establishing the 2013 General Purposes Tax Rate (21.5 mills). Motion by Councilor Auchter, seconded by Councilor Shaw, for the first and final reading of Ordinance 1519 establishing the 2013 General Tax Rate for Indebtedness (9.6 mills). Motion carried. Borough Manager Jasson Urey read the ordinance. E. Motion by Councilor Jones, seconded by Councilor Auchter, to enact Ordinance 1519 establishing the 2013 General Tax Rate for Indebtedness (9.6 mills). Motion carried. F. Motion by Councilor Auchter, seconded by Councilor Shaw, for the first and final reading of Ordinance 1520 establishing the 2013 Earned Income Tax Rate (lowering rates to 1.56% for residents, 1.37% for non-residents). Motion carried. Borough Manager Jasson Urey read the ordinance. G. Motion by Councilor Shaw, seconded by Councilor D’Alfonso, to enact Ordinance 1520 establishing the 2013 Earned Income Tax Rate (lowering rates to 1.56% for residents, 1.37% for non-residents). Motion carried. 5. New Business No new business. 6.
