Public Comments Relating to Special Meeting Agenda Items None. 4. New Business Dr. Mary Jane Hirt gave a presentation on ACT 47 Revised Recovery Plan. Council Comments Councilor Aucther thanked Mary Jane for explaining and encouraged people to look on the website and view the presentation. 7. Junior Councilor Comments Junior Councilor Amos said that Greenville’s Homecoming Parade is this Thursday and the ITP Team has scheduled a cleanup for October 19th. 8. Council President Comments President Shipley said that we went from a deficit of $500,000 to $250,000 in just over two years. He added if Council and the Borough continue what they are doing that there is no reason that in 3-5 years we will be out of distressed status. 9. Borough Manager Comments Mr. Urey had no comments. 10. Adjournment Having no other business before council, motion by Councilor Auchter, seconded by Councilor Peden, to adjourn the meeting at 7:03pm.
