Motion by Councilor Bailey, seconded by Councilor Hamill for the first and final reading of Ordinance 1574, establishing the 2018 General Purposes Tax Rate (24.5 mills). Motion carried 4-0. Motion by Councilor Zuschlag, seconded by Councilor Hamill to adopt Ordinance 1574, establishing the 2018 General Purposes Tax Rate (24.5 mills). Motion carried 4-0. C. Motion by Councilor Hamill, seconded by Councilor Bailey for the first and final reading of Ordinance 1575, establishing the 2018 Special Purposes Fire Protection Services Tax Rate (3 mills). Motion carried 4-0. Borough Manager Urey read the Ordinance aloud. D. Motion by Councilor Hamill, seconded by Councilor Zuschlag to adopt Ordinance 1575, establishing the 2018 Special Purposes Fire Protection Services Tax Rate (3 mills). Motion carried 4-0. E. Motion by Councilor Hamill, seconded by Councilor Bailey for the first and final reading of Ordinance 1576, General Tax Rate for Indebtedness (8.58 mills). Motion carried 4-0. Borough Manager Urey read the Ordinance aloud. F. Motion by Councilor Zuschlag, seconded by Councilor Bailey to adopt ordinance 1576, General Tax Rate for Indebtedness (8.58 mills). Motion carried 4-0. G. Motion by Councilor Zuschlag, seconded by Councilor Bailey for the first and final reading of Ordinance 1`577, 2018 Earned Income Tax Rate (1% for Residents & 1% for Non-residents). Motion carried 4-0. Borough Manager Urey read the Ordinance aloud. H. Motion by Councilor Bailey, seconded by Councilor Hamill to adopt Ordinance 1577, 2018 Earned Income Tax Rate (1% for Residents & 1% for Non-residents). Motion carried 4-0. I. Motion by Councilor Bailey, seconded by Councilor Hamill to adopt the proposed 2018 Budgets (Airport Fund, General Fund, Sanitary Fund, & Storm Water Utility Fund.) Motion carried 4-0.
