Call to Order Jonathan Bailey, Council Vice President 2. Roll Call: Paul Hamill, Council President - excused Jonathan Bailey, Council Vice President Sean Hall, Council President Pro Tempore Anne Butcher Dane Mincer Evian Zukas-Oguz Linda Zuschlag Evan Hereford, Mayor Jasson W. Urey, Borough Manager James E. Douglas, Solicitor - excused Also present: Frank Vanderslice Joyse Henry Ralph Henry Sr. 3. Public Comments (5 minutes time limit) Resident – None. Non-Resident – Mr. Ralph Henry Sr. spoke regarding discipline that his son, Ralph Henry Jr., may or may not be receiving. 4. Adjourn to Executive Session Motion by Councilor Butcher, second by Councilor Zuschlag to adjourn to executive session to discuss a personnel matter at 8:04am. Motion carried 6-0. 5. Adjourn from Executive Session Motion by Councilor Mincer, seconded by Councilor Hall to adjourn from executive session at 8:30am. Motion carried 6-0. 6. New Business 1 Borough of Greenville Council Minutes 09-23-19 A. Motion by Councilor Hall, seconded by Councilor Zuschlag to terminate Ralph Henry’s employment with the Greenville Police Department effective immediately. Motion carried 6-0. 7.
