INFORMATIONAL:
A. The Greenville Volunteer Fireman’s Relief Association Audit for January 1, 2016 thru
December 31, 2018 is on file at the Borough Office.
B. Fall leaf pick-up dates have been scheduled for Friday, November 8th and Friday, December
6th. A reminder that leaves must be placed in biodegradable bags.
C. A Charter Communications letter regarding upcoming changes is on file in the municipal
office.
D. Trick-or-Treat will be held on Saturday, October 26th from 4pm – 6pm following the parade at
2pm.
E. The Thiel Homecoming Parade will be Saturday, October 12th starting at 1:45pm.
F. The Heritage Days fundraiser “Heritage Hauntings” is scheduled for October 25th & 26th in
Riverside Park.
G. There will be a special session of council on October 28th to discuss the draft of the proposed
2020 budget beginning at 6:30pm in the Council Chambers.

A. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to apply for the FEMA 2019
Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) for the replacement of firefighting equipment,
which has a 5% local match.
B. Discuss motion to adopt the Cooperation Agreement between Mercer County and the
Borough of Greenville for the FY 2019 CDBG Program Administration.
C. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manger to apply for a USDA Rural
Development Grant/Loan for replacement of the Police Cruisers and Street Sweeper.
D. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to apply for an ACT 47 Grant for
technology upgrades.
E. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2019-12, to make application for the 2019 CDBG
Program.
F. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2019-13, Citizen Participation
G. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to apply for the 2019 Multimodal
Grant.
H. Discuss motion to execute the settlement agreement with Eric McCann.
I. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to subdivide and sell a strip of property
off of the Airport Property that abuts John and Tracey Catalano’s property at 513 E.

J. Discuss motion to renew the contract with Reeves Information Technology, current
contract expires October 31, 2019.
K. Discuss motion for request to allow open containers in a designated and controlled area
for the Fraternal Order of Eagles Tailgate Party, on club property, scheduled for
December 1, 2019 from 2:00 until 8:00 pm.
L. Discuss motion to recognize and appreciate ___________ as yard of the month.
