Motion to adopt ordinance 1605 in accordance with the local government unit debt act authorizing indebtedness for the sewer plant upgrade project. B. Motion to advertise ordinance 1605 in accordance with the Greenville Home Rule Charter authorizing indebtedness for the sewer plant upgrade project. C. Motion to authorize the Council President to sign as acknowledgment of the loan agreement between the Greenville Sanitary Authority and First National Bank of Pennsylvania. Page 1 of 2  D.
