INFORMATIONAL:
A. Mercer MPO newsletter on local bridge projects is on file at the Borough office.
B. The minutes from the September TCC meeting are on file in the Borough office.
C. Greenville High School’s Homecoming Parade will be on Thursday, October 16th at 6:00pm.
D. Waste Management will be doing their annual leaf pick-up the weeks of October 19th and
November 9th. Leaves must be placed in biodegradable bags and put out with regular
garbage that week.
E. There will be a special council meeting on October 27th at 6:00pm in Council Chambers for
ACT 47 budget hearing.
F. Trick-or-Treat will be held on Saturday, November 1st from 4:00pm-6:00pm with the parade
following at 7:00pm.
G. Time Warner Notification is on file at the Borough office.

COUNCIL CONSIDERATION
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
A. None.
NEW BUSINESS:
A. There are zero (0) additions to the Per Capita roll and four (4) permanent exonerations in the
amount of $20.00 from the Greenville Tax office.
B. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from Lawrence County Social Services Inc. to
proceed with housing rehabilitation at 126 S. Mercer Street.
C. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from Lawrence County Social Services Inc. to
proceed with housing rehabilitation at 115 S. Second Street.
D. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from Lawrence County Social Services Inc. to
proceed with housing rehabilitation at 111 S. Second Street.
E. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from Lawrence County Social Services Inc. to
proceed with housing rehabilitation at 47 Clarksville Street.
F. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from Lawrence County Social Services Inc. to
proceed with housing rehabilitation at 110 Mapleton Avenue.
G. Discuss motion to accept the resignation of Jon Wagner as Part-Time Patrolman from the
Greenville/West Salem Police Department, effective September 26, 2014.
H. Discuss motion to accept recommendation from Airport Commission to approve engineering
agreement for Rehabilitate Runway 15-33 Lighting System.
I. Discuss motion to accept the bid from Frank Vanderslice in the amount of $7,750 for the sale
of 16 N. Main Street.
J. Discuss proposal to collaborate with Thiel College to pave Ridgeway Avenue and Vine
Alley from Ridgeway Avenue to the parking lot for the Chapel.
K. Discuss motion to contract with Land Mapping Services, Inc. to do aerial photography of the
Borough for use with the storm water utility study.
L. Discuss renewal of contract with West Salem Township for police services in 2015, 2016
and 2017.
M. Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from the Public Safety Director to hire Aaron
Brown as Crossing Guard at $7.25/hour effective October 6, 2014.
