Mercer County Borough’s Association Dinner will be held on January 22nd at Grantham’s Landing at 6pm. B. Time Warner Cable channel notifications and rate changes is on file in the Borough Office. C. Lawrence-Mercer Recycling/Solid Waste Department 2013 recycling performance report for Mercer County is on file in the Borough Office. D. The 2013 listing of unpaid real estate and per capita taxes has been received from the Greenville Tax Collector and is on file in the Borough office. PUBLIC COMMENTS COUNCIL CONSIDERATION UNFINISHED BUSINESS: A. Discuss motion to enact Ordinance 1542 Setting Council and Mayor Compensation. 1 NEW BUSINESS: A. There are zero (26) additions to the Per Capita roll and one (1) permanent exonerations in the amount of $5.00 from the Greenville Tax office. B. Discuss motion to renew contract with Reeves Information Technology, current contract expires January 31, 2015. C. Discuss motion to appoint: 1. Borough Manager – Jasson W. Urey 2. Secretary/Treasurer – Jasson W. Urey 3. Open Records Officer – Jasson W. Urey 4. Code Enforcement/Zoning Officer – Edward Reedy 5. Code Enforcement/Zoning Officer – Lyle Huffman 6. Solicitor- Douglas & Joseph 7. Engineer- Buchart Horn 8. Receiver of Wage Taxes- Berkheimer Associates 9. Auditor – Stillwaggon & McGill D. Discuss motion to approve the Administrative Assistant to the Borough Manager and Department Directors job description. E. Discuss Resolution 2015-01 to assign new Tax Collection Committee (TCC) delegates. F. Discuss motion to authorize solicitor to draft a lease agreement for leasing the swimming pool to the Greenville Memorial Pool Committee. G.
