Carried Away Festival is September 12th and 13th in Riverside Park. Pedal the Lakes on September 12th registration is 7am – 10am. E. Shenango Valley River Watchers Paddle Fest is October 10th from 6am-3pm. F. Thiel College Homecoming Parade is October 10th at 12pm. G. Trick-or-Treat will be held on Saturday, October 31st from 4:00pm-6:00pm following the parade at 2:00pm. Discuss recommendation from the Greenville Library Board to award the bids to the below low bidders for the Library expansion project: General Construction: Thomas Construction, Inc. in the amount of $776,908.00 Plumbing Work: WM T. Spaeder Co., Inc. in the amount of $66,500.00 HVAC Work: Scobell Company, INC. in the amount of $110,270.00 Electrical Work: McCurley Houston Electric Inc. in the amount of $107,570.00 Total Project cost: $1,061,248.00 B. Discuss motion to accept the bid by Thiel College for the Pool Property in the amount of $35,000 contingent on a marketable title. C. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to draft an Ordinance for the vacation of a portion of Burnett Alley. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discuss motion to approve 2016 Minimum Municipal Obligations (MMO’s) for the pension plans. B. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2015-10, intent to reimburse general funds used to construct improvements to its Brackin Alley storm sewer rehab project with funds received from PENNVEST. C. Discuss motion to ratify a contract with the Greenville Borough Fire Fighters IAFF Local 1976 for a period of January 1, 2016 – December 31, 2019. D. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manger to apply for the Fire Company/Volunteer Ambulance Service Grant Program (FCVASGP) for purchase of a new Squad Vehicle for the fire department. E. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to purchase a utility vehicle for the fire department not to exceed $75,000. F. Discuss motion to adopt Resolution 2015-11, sale of 1997 Ford Crown Victoria (Car 96) G. Discuss motion to advertise Ordinance 1549 amending the parking ordinance to prohibit parking on the South side of Shenango Street from College Ave eastward to the dead end. H. Discuss motion to accept the resignation of Mr. Brian Shipley from the Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone Corporation effective immediately. 2  I. Discuss motion to advertise to fill one (1) vacated seat on the Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone Corporation with the term due to expire on June 30, 2016. J.
