There will be a special session to discuss the draft of the proposed budget in accordance with ACT 47 plan beginning at 7pm in the Council Chambers on October 17th. C. Trick-or-Treat will be held on Saturday, October 29th from 4:00pm – 6:00pm following the parade at 2:00pm. D. Fall leaf pick up has been scheduled for the weeks of October 24th and November 28th. E. September Mercer MPO newsletter on local bridge projects is on file at the Borough office.
