The 2nd Annual Greenville Community Festival will be held on Saturday, September 2nd from 5pm until 11pm between Water Street and Mercer Street. C. The Loving Hands Apple Dumpling Run/Walk/Stroll will be held on Saturday, September 9th in Riverside Park. D. Charter Communications upcoming changes notification letter is on file at the Borough office. E. The Liquid Fuels Tax Fund examination report for the Period of January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016 is on file at the Borough office. F. There will be the first public hearing for the 2017 CDBG allocation held in Council Chambers on Thursday, September 7th at 6:30pm. G. The Lawrence County Social Services Inc. Discuss motion to award the Senior Center Roof Project to Groover Roofing & Siding in the amount of $174,895.00. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discuss motion to appoint Grace Mariacher to the Junior Councilor position. B. Discuss motion to accept recommendation from Airport Commission to approve the engineering agreement with Rhea Engineers & Consultants, Inc. to Rehabilitate the T-Hangar Taxiways. C. Discuss motion to hire Ian Kelly as Part-Time Police Officer with the Greenville/West Salem Police Department from the Civil Service eligibility list. D. Discuss the recommendation from the Finance Committee to layoff Public Safety Director Brian Mazzanti effective August 15, 2017. E. Discuss the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to designate the Borough Manager, Jasson Urey as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the Borough of Greenville. F. Discuss the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to designate Lieutenant Mike Cadman as Interim Supervisor and Fire Marshall of the Greenville Fire Department. G. Discuss the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to designate Sergeant Paul Molton as Interim Supervisor of the Greenville/West Salem Police Department. H. Discuss the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to update the Police and Fire Civil Service Rules & Regulations. I.
