Discuss motion to accept the recommendation from the Borough Manager to hire ______________ as a skilled laborer in the Street Department. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to make application to the 2019 Municipal Intern Program to assist with a comprehensive plan update. The cost to the Borough will be no more than $2,324.00 for the intern. 1  B. Discuss motion to advertise for bids for copier equipment leasing and services with the bids to be opened at 1pm on March 4, 2019 in the Council Chambers. C. Discuss motion to recognize and appreciate _______________ as citizen of the month.  D. Discuss motion to recognize and appreciate _______________ as yard of the month.  E. Discuss recommendation from the Home Rule Study Commission to execute an agreement with Dr. Lawrence Keller for consulting service at a total cost $9,000. F. Discuss motion to adopt resolution 2019-05 updating the Procurement Policy for the CDBG program. G. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to execute the grant agreement with the Fire Company and Emergency Medical Service Grant Program (FCEMSGP) for making the loan payments on the Squad Vehicle for the fire department in the amount of $15,000.00. H. Discuss motion to authorize the Borough Manager to sign a change in life insurance, accidental death, short-term and long-term disability insurance from UNUM to The Standard. I. Discuss motion to promote _______________ to the Greenville Police Department Sergeant position from the Civil Service Commission certified list. J. Discuss motion to promote Brian Albaugh to the Greenville Fire Department Lieutenant position from the Civil Service Commission certified list. K. Discuss motion to hire Ryan Polichena as a Part-time Police Officer with the Greenville Police Department from the Civil Service Commission eligibility list. L.
