INFORMATIONAL:
A. The Town has received its audit of the Liquid Fuels Tax Fund for the periods of 2019 through
2021 and is on file. A clean audit was presented.
B. The Town received the Public Protection Classification (PPC) survey and is on file. An ISO rating
of 3 was designated for the Town, with 10 being the worst and 1 being the best. This information
is used in the underwriting process at insurance companies.
C. Mercer County Boroughs Association 2023 Spring Meeting, hosted Sharpsville Borough will be
held Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 6:00 pm.

the Town.
B. Discuss the motion to retain KLH Engineers, Inc. to provide the engineering services for
the Lebanon-Lancaster Avenue Storm Sewer Project for $64,700.

C. Discuss the motion to promote _______________ from Part-Time Firefighter to Full-
Time Firefighter from the Civil Service Commission Certified List of three, effective
upon Lieutenant Thompson’s retirement.
D. Discuss the motion to appoint Benjamin Beck to the Greenville Redevelopment Authority
with a term expiring 12-31-2025.
E. Discuss the motion to adopt Resolution 2023-09, the Mercer County Hazard Mitigation
Plan.
F. Discuss the motion to enter into a lease agreement with Elbow Street Aviation Services,
Inc. for the Greenville Municipal Airport for a 15-year term beginning April 10, 2023, and
expiring April 12, 2038.
