Quarterly Budget Review by Town Manager Jasson Urey. B. Presentation from the Home Rule Charter Review Committee. Page 2 of 4 C. Advise council of the revised recommendation from the Code Committee to adopt Ordinance 1657, amending Chapter 169, “Amusements,” changing the hours of operation and adding the definition for Skill Gaming Terminal. D. Advise the council of the recommendation from the Strategic Management Committee to adopt Ordinance 1660, adding rules and regulations for granting requests for a temporary exemption for possession and consumption of alcohol in public areas. E. Advise council of the recommendation from the Code Committee to adopt Ordinance 1659, Renewable Energy Generation. F. Advise council of the recommendation from the Street Committee to adopt Ordinance 1661, amending repair requirements for street cuts. G. Advise council of the need to enter into a cooperative agreement with Mercer County Regional Planning to administer the HOME GRANT. H. Advise council of the recommendation from the Street Committee to award the 2025 Street Paving project to Youngblood Paving with the low bid of $574,568.20. NEW BUSINESS: A. Advise council of the need to appoint a voting delegate to the 2025 PSAB Annual Conference. B. Advise council of the need to appoint an alternate voting delegate to the 2025 PSAB Annual Conference. C. Advise the council of the need to appoint Sharp Collections as the agency for the collection of delinquent per Capita taxes from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. D. Advise council of the need to appoint ____________ to the Redevelopment Authority with a term ending December 31, 2027, vacated by Edward Taczanowsky. • Tracy Beil E. Advise council of the need to advertise for the following open board seats, which will expire on June 30, 2024: • Horizon Hospital System Authority (Greg Landfried) – 5-year term • Greenville Sanitary Authority (Anne Butcher) – 5-year term • Shenango Valley Enterprise Zone (Jasson Urey) - 3-year term F. Advise council of the recommendation from the Civil Service Commission to adopt Resolution 2025-09, amending the Police Civil Service Rules and Regulations. G. Advise council of the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to adopt Resolution 2025-10, fee schedule. Page 3 of 4 H. Advise council of the need to apply for a Municipal Fire Department Capital Grant of up to $100,000.00 for updates to the fire station. I. Advise council of the recommendation from the Personnel Committee and the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company and Relief Association to appoint Joseph Peterson to the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company. J. Advise council of the recommendation from the Personnel Committee and the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company and Relief Association to appoint Garrett Floch to the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company. K. Advise council of the recommendation from the Code Committee and the Budget and Finance Committee to advertise for bids for demolition and clearance of the following locations: • 16 Rooney Street (55 509 003) Fire Escrow funds • 48 S. Race Street (55 516 107) Borough funds • 55 S. Race Street (55 517 005) Borough funds • 25 Brockway Avenue (55 530 088) CDBG funds • 27 Clarksville Street (55 515 048) CDBG funds • 36 S. Front Street (55 516 084) CDBG funds L. Advise council of the need to discuss the change order for the N. Third Street Storm Sewer Project to replace 100LF of pipe in the amount of $141,000.00 contingent on approval from PENNVEST.
