NEW BUSINESS:
A. Advise council of the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to advertise for a
Financial Assistant.

B. Advise council of the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to reject the
low bid of $192,400.00 from United Contractors, Inc. for the Greenville Senior Center
Re-Siding Project.
C. Advise council of the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to accept the
proposal of $26,500.00 from Viridian Civil Design for Stormwater Fee Update Evaluation.
D. Advise council of the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to accept the
low bid of $18,344.85 from Keith Payne Maker Construction for sealing the Senior Center
Parking Lot, Pickleball Court entrance, and Basketball Court and repaint lines.
E. Advise council of the recommendation from the Budget and Finance Committee to accept the
bid of $63,101.34 from Bill McCandless Ford for a 2027 F-600 and $48,643.00 from Zoresco
for the upfitting package, for a total price of $111,743.34.
F. Advise council of the need to adopt Resolution 2026-16, disposal of personal property.
G. Advise council of the recommendation from the Personnel Committee to reappoint Mrs. Amy
Hollowell as the Acting Borough Manager effective July 24, 2026.
H. Advise council of the recommendation from the Acting Borough Manager to appoint Ms.
Carrie Marsteller as Assistant Open Records Officer effective July 14, 2026.
