Council met in regular session with following members present: Phillips, Wilson,
Shoemaker, Bovia, Lloyd, Mayor Wes Sallee, Clerk Betty Inmon, Zoning Inspector Inmon,
Solicitor Palmer. King absent
Lloyd move to excuse Mike King from Council Meeting, Wilson second. Vote as follows:

Mayor’s Report: Cost of Trash Pickup was at a cost of $3814.54; Justin Risner was hired
to input Cemetery data through ODJFS at $10.00 per hour; SC Jazz Band did an excellent
job at festival; Thanked Police Department for the extra hours served during the festival.
Council Business: Lloyd talked about problem with 46 Townsend Street having a clear
view of backing out of drive way. Mayor will talk to administrator to see if neighbor will be
able to correct this problem. Phillips talked about the safety and the amount of people
during the festival; everything seemed to run smoothly during the three days.

Wilson move to have Third reading of Resolution 2016-R-12 by Title Only, Shoemaker

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HURON COUNTY AUDITOR CERTIFY TO THE
VILLAGE OF GREENWICH, OHIO THE TOTAL CURRENT TAX VALUATION OF THE
VILLAGE OF GREENWICH, AND THE DOLLAR AMOUNT OF REVENUE THAT
WOULD BE GENERATED BY A RENEWAL OF 1.6 MILLS FOR CURRENT
EXPENSES. PURSUANT OF OHIO REVISED CODE SECTION.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE VILLAGE OF GREENWICH TO
ENTER INTO A GREENWICH POLICE DEPARTMENT DISPATCHING CONTRACT
DATED JUNE 16, 2016. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR THE DISPATCHING SERVICE OF
THE VILLAGE OF GREENWICH POLICE DEPARTMENT COVERING THE PERIOD
JULY 1, 2016 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2017.
