Greenwood Council Meeting
Wednesday, March 13, 2022 at 6:00pm
Council Chambers
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Schecklman. Roll call- Hansen, Ashbeck , Nelson, all present.
Jordan absent. Also present Clerk/ Treasurer Kayla Schar.
New Business:
1. No quorum present due to conflict of interest with the transmission line project. No discussion was
made.
2. Public Hearing was held for the purposes of rezoning the additional parcel for TID 3 expansion. No
citizen present for comment. Nelson motioned to close the public hearing. Ashbeck seconded the
motion. All ayes. Motion carried.
3. Nelson motioned to approve the rezoning of the TID 3 extension from Agricultural to Multifamily
residential. Hansen seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried.
4. Nelson motioned to adjourn. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried.
