Greenwood Council Meeting Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 6:00pm Council Chambers The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hansen. Roll call- Schecklman, Ashbeck, Jordan, and Nelson all present. Also present Clerk/ Treasurer Kayla Schar, Attorney Bonnie Wachsmuth, Joe Green from Greenwood School District, and Tim Raese. New Business: 1. Discussion with Joe Green from Greenwood School District regarding use of ballfield and past/ future donations. No motions made. 2. Schecklman motioned to approve the TIF payment schedule as presented with the first payment for 2022 being $28,313. Yearly reviews taking place during the Joint Review Board meetings. Nelson seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 3. Nelson motioned to approve the Library Budget for 2023 in the amount of $69,678.20. Ashbeck seconded the motion. Roll call vote. All ayes. Motion carried. 4. Schecklman motioned to approve the AET contract for soil borings on the Miller Street Project. Jordan Seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 5. Nelson motioned to approve the purchase of 450 ton of gravel for the Linda Blvd project in the amount of $4252.50 from Froeba Construction. Schecklman seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 6. Nelson motioned to invite Schar, Wachsmuth and Raese into closed session pursuant to S.S. 19.85 (1)(e)(Sale of Public Property). Schecklman seconded the motion. Roll call vote. All ayes. Motion carried. Nelson motioned to enter into closed session. Schecklman seconded the motion. Roll call vote. All ayes. Motion carried.
