Greenwood Council Meeting Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 6:00pm Council Chambers The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hansen. Roll call- Schecklman, Ashbeck, and Nelson all present. Jordan absent. Also present Clerk/ Treasurer Kayla Schar, Attorney Bonnie Wachsmuth. New Business: 1. Schecklman motioned to have a referendum vote before any Library restructure is done. Council will determine the nature and detail of the referendum. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 2. Nelson motioned 4% interest rate for TID 3 for 1 year, reviewed yearly. Schecklman seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 3. Schecklman motioned to sell the 1996 Elgin Sweeper to place on bids. Ashbeck seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 4. Schecklman motioned to approve the 2-year contract renewal with HydroCorp. Nelson seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 5. Ashbeck motioned to approve the sale of land for $1,800 for 2.1 acres off parcel 231.0565.000. Schecklman seconded the motion. All ayes. Motion carried. 6. Schecklman motioned to adjourn.
